At Bionny, we are committed to getting your products to you as fast as possible. Below is our shipping policy, detailing our timelines, costs, and international shipping terms.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship internationally to the following countries:

  • European Union: Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland
  • United Kingdom (UK).
  • North America: United States (USA), Canada.
  • Others: Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand

2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Order Processing: All orders are handled and shipped from our fulfillment centers within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to minor delays due to peak seasons, local carrier issues, or customs processing.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

SMART TECH ECOM LLC is based in the United States (Wyoming). Please be aware of the following:

  • For U.S. Residents: No customs duties apply on domestic shipments.
  • For International Residents (EU, UK, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, etc.): You are the importer of record. Your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT, customs duties, or Sales Tax) once the shipment reaches your country.
    • These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
    • Bionny does not collect these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via our carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at contact@getbionny.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
