How to place an order?

- Basket: Check your selection
- Information: Enter your delivery and billing address
- Payment: Choose your payment method and get a summary (price, options, delivery type)
Confirmation: The order is confirmed, you can print it or receive it by email with the order reference
Delivery Times
After validation of your payment by card or other payment type, the parcel is dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Carriers
We work with several trusted carriers: UPS, DHL, Fedex, Colissimo, Royal Mail, Hermès.

Do you have a PREMIUM option to receive my order faster?
Not yet. Currently, we offer only one standard delivery option. Express options may be added soon.
📦 DELIVERY AND RETURNS
What is my delivery time?
Generally, allow 4 to 6 working days for certain destinations (mainland France), except in exceptional cases (strikes, end-of-year holidays, customs, etc.). Extended delivery times may occur depending on your location.
Return and Refund
Cooling-off Period: 30 days following receipt of your order to proceed with a return.
We apply the 2025 law: The right of withdrawal applies only if the returned item is in perfect condition.
What are your return conditions?
Before initiating a return, please check that your item meets the following criteria:
- Item in excellent condition: Not worn, in original packaging
- Original packaging: The product must be returned in its intact original packaging. Original packaging is essential and mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal
My item has a defect
In case of a problem with a received item, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged or defective, we will review your request and follow the instructions according to our return policy.
What if I received the wrong product or a missing item?
Please first check your delivery note and parcel. If an item is missing or incorrect:
- Contact our customer service immediately
- Keep the packaging and labels
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Swedish Law in Force
In accordance with Swedish law, once an item has been worn, used, or personalised, no return or exchange can be made. Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are the customer's responsibility in the case of a standard withdrawal.
